Welcome to the WILDFEM Five-Day Challenge!  For the next five days, you'll be given a challenge to help bring conscious awareness around the state you're in and your intentions for saying YES! It's totally up to you whether you participate or not.  Remember the three C's!  Constantly, Consciously, Cultivating!  Have fun and no judgment! xoxo

Go back to Day 4 below and send a handwritten letter to your Sacred Soul Sister, to whom you were texted.  Share each other's mailing address, and then follow the inspirations below, adding your Magical Frame of the weekend!

Day  5

Awaken Your Senses & Pack with Intention

Today, we invite you to awaken your senses—to become more attuned to the textures, colors, scents, and sensations that stir something deep inside you.

As you move through your day, engage one sense fully. Run your fingers over something textured—silk, velvet, something rough, something smooth. Inhale a scent that makes you feel alive. Listen deeply to a song that moves you in ways you can’t explain. Take a bite of something decadent and truly savor it. How does your body respond? Where do you feel the sensation?

 

Now, as you begin packing your suitcase, bring this same level of curiosity and excitement. Choose clothing that ignites something in you. Pack a variety of colors, textures, and fabrics—something that makes you feel powerful, something that makes you feel soft, something that makes you feel sensual. Bring a scent that reminds you of home, a piece of jewelry that carries meaning, an item that makes you feel safe, and maybe something wild that you wouldn’t normally wear.

Be playful with it. This is a journey into yourself—let every item you bring reflect the many layers of who you are and who you are becoming.

What textures call to you? What colors make you feel most alive? What small details make you feel like you? Let yourself be delighted by what you choose.

Day 4 

Connect to Sisterhood & Share Your Secret Wild

As we step closer to gathering, feel into the power of the unseen threads already weaving us together. You are not alone on this journey—there is a circle of women, each with her own story, emotions, and desires, waiting to meet you in the wild.

Today, I invite you to write a secret admirer letter to one of the women who will be standing in this space with you. You may know her, or you may not—but either way, she is already part of this experience, just as you are.

In your letter, share:
   •    Something you’re excited about for this weekend.
   •    Something you’re nervous about—because vulnerability creates connection.
   •    A wish or blessing for her as she steps into this journey with you.

 

Then, add a little magic—tuck in your favorite piece of candy, or get playful! Maybe you sprinkle a little glitter, a dried flower, a piece of fabric, a handwritten poem—something uniquely YOU. Something that carries a little piece of your essence.

Bring your letter with you to the retreat. We’ll share them in a way that keeps the mystery alive. Let this be your first act of sisterhood—an unseen hand reaching out before we even arrive.

What do you want her to feel when she opens it? Let that energy guide you.

Day 3 

Embrace What You Resist - 

Not everything is meant to be released. Sometimes, the greatest transformation comes not from letting go, but from leaning in.  During this eclipse season, we were asked by many Leaders to let go of what no longer serves you. I did so much purging! 

Today, explore what you have been resisting instead of focusing on what you should release. The things that tug at you, that feel heavy, that linger just beneath the surface—what if, instead of pushing them away, you invited them in?

Take a moment to sit in stillness. Breathe. Ask yourself:
   •    What have I been resisting?
   •    What emotions or thoughts feel like barriers?
   •    What if I didn’t try to push them away, but instead gave them a voice?

Write it down. Speak it out loud. Let it be witnessed. What does it have to say?

Imagine this part of you not as an enemy, but as a teacher. A messenger. A gift. What if, instead of fighting it, you embraced it—let it become part of your story, part of your rhythm?

Your only job today is awareness. No need to fix, force, or change—just acknowledge. Let it be. Let it breathe. Let it belong.
 

Day 2

Move Your Emotion & Create Your ‘Emotional Me’ Playlist

Today is about movement—not just of your body, but of your emotions. Music has a way of stirring what words cannot, so let’s use it to explore what’s alive inside you.

Put on a song that stirs something deep—maybe it makes you feel soft, wild, turned on, free, or even heart-wrenchingly vulnerable. Let your body move however it desires. No right or wrong, no choreography—just you, your breath, and the music. Notice where you feel fluid and where you feel stuck.  Write about it in your journal, if you have time.

Now, take this exploration a step further: Create a Spotify playlist and name it ‘Emotional Me.’ Add songs that titillate, awaken, and turn you on—songs that make your body crave movement, songs that unlock emotion, songs that feel like different shades of you. Let it be a living, breathing collection of music that holds your essence.

Throughout this retreat, return to this playlist.  As you explore more of your Erotic Creature, add more songs!  Let it be a portal back to EC-self.

Throughout the day, notice what emotions rose up as you moved today. What did your body reveal to you? Let the music guide you. Let yourself be surprised.

Day 1

Set Your Intention & Feel Your Boundaries with Conscious Awareness:

Grab a pen and your journal.  

Place your hand on your heart, and take five deep breaths, slow and steady. Then ask yourself: Why am I saying yes to this retreat? Write it down. Speak it out loud. Let it root into your body, taking ownership of your decision.  I invite you now to move it. Finding your way into your fiercely feminine stance.  Your body's primal unapologetic WILDFEM.

 

Now, breathe into the boundaries you’ve created in your life, in this present moment—energetic, emotional, and physical. Do they feel like walls, rigid and impenetrable? Or do they feel like a glycerin bubble, fluid and shifting, allowing energy to pass through?

 

As you're breathing into those boundaries, notice where you are holding yourself back or any tension. As well as, where you allow flow. Simply observing, without judgment. 

 

I invite you to ask yourself, what kind of boundaries do you want to bring with you into the sacred retreat space? What do you need to soften? What do you need to strengthen?  Let this awareness guide you as we begin.

As we count down the days until we gather in sacred sisterhood, I invite you to prepare—not just by packing your suitcase, but by packing your energy, emotions, and intentions. Each day, you’ll receive an invitation to take a moment to reflect, move, and embody what is awakening within you: Five-Day WILDFEM Invitation. Let’s countdown the days till we unite!  We’ll begin on Saturday!  For now, let’s pack that suitcase!

 

Rhythms of Your Wild, Retreat Packing List

 

Clothing:

☐ Comfortable, flowy clothing for movement (yoga pants, sweatpants, bootie shorts, tanks, t shirts, skirt, dress)

☐ A variety of textures & colors that make you feel sensual and alive

☐ Erotic Creature pieces of clothing, which embody the essence of the emotions you’re feeling, playful or daring—something you wouldn’t normally wear —something that embodies your wild essence (cozy leg warmers, boa, hat, lingerie, sexy lace, floral dress, wig, ripped jeans, leather bra, chains, sentimental shirt…. What feels exciting to your body)

☐ Something soft and cozy for downtime

☐ Layers for changing temperatures (sweaters, shawls, or wraps) AND A BATHING SUIT FOR THE HOT SPRINGS! 

☐ Warm socks or slippers for cozy moments

 

Shoes:

☐ Barefoot is encouraged, but bring socks with grip if desired

☐ Comfortable walking shoes for time in nature

☐ Something sensual—S heels, ballet flats, or anything that makes you feel embodied

 

Accessories & Personal Sensual Touches:

☐ A scarf or fabric that holds meaning for you

☐ A piece of jewelry or an item that makes you feel connected to your feminine power

☐ A small item for the altar (crystal, stone, flower, or something symbolic)

☐ A journal & pen for reflections

☐ Something scented during your downtime to relax (essential oil or a favorite lotion)

 

For Embodiment & Play:

☐ A blindfold or eye mask for sensory exploration

☐ Your “Secret Wild” letter with a little treasure mirroring you, inside

☐ Your “Emotional Me”  playlist of music that moves you (on your phone)

 

Self-Care & Comfort:

☐ Water bottle to stay hydrated

☐ Snacks or comfort foods you love

☐ A journal for writing, doodling, or tracking insights

☐ Anything that makes you feel nurtured (a favorite tea, a small blanket, etc.)

 

Optional:

☐ Something playful—glitter, body paint, or anything that expresses your essence

☐ A sacred object for meditation or grounding

☐ A tarot or oracle deck if you use one

☐ An open heart, a curious mind, and a willingness to embrace all of you.
