Day 1: The Mirror ~ Reflection & Release
She arrives and meets herself honestly.
Through sensual movement, emotional inquiry, and body awareness, she explores the life she’s currently living.
Where is she out of alignment? What must be shed to rise?
She begins to dismantle glass ceilings and name her fears.
She lays down the weight that no longer belongs.
Day 2: The Flame ~ Clarity & Claiming
She sharpens her clarity.
Using the embodied tools of WILDFEM — breath, sound, Erotic Creature, and body whispering — she steps into what she truly desires.
She identifies her core values and reclaims her vision.
Together, we craft rituals to support her sacred becoming.
Day 3: The Wings ~ Desire & Devotion
She begins to rise.
Through the Seven Rhythms of WILDFEM, Sensual Embodiment, Body Whispering, and dynamic practices, she explores what it means to live as a woman in flight.
She writes her decree—not in ink, but in movement, in breath, in devotion.
